Before Alora, Before Melissa, Before God

Last night I was talking to someone and the comment was made “once your child is born you wonder what you did before they were born”. This is so true. Alora is almost 12 weeks today and I am having a hard time remembering what life was like before she was here. It’s not that I don’t want to or have blocked it out, it is just that I don’t remember, but I am sure a lot of time was wasted. Then I got to thinking about what life was like before Melissa (my wife). I definitely do not want to go back to that time. Life was so much different before marriage. Melissa has definintely added to much to my life. It has been such a great thing as we share our lives together. Then I got to thinking about my life before God. WOW!!! Definitely glad He has saved me and called me His own. So thankful for His grace and compassion. Thankful for the cross.
